Description

We offer our Saharan tent for two people and possibly two young children.
The tent has a real bed of 140x 190 cm with a comfortable mattress on a box spring and two camp beds of 60cmx 185.
We have a summer kitchen with all the necessary equipment available for our guests but this is eventually shared with the guests who rent our rooms.
Dry toilets are available on the site as well as a solar shower and a water point (available in early July).

The setting

Our tent is decorated in an exotic atmosphere to invite you to travel...
In our orchard, in the middle of our beautiful wooded grounds.
Our property is located 20 minutes from the sea and all the landing sites.
We live in our house nearby.
Visitors enjoy the tranquility of the place with the advantage of a spacious and comfortable tent.
We can add a Canadian for children or to store luggage.

The spots

Sheets and towels are provided.
A small sitting area is set up in the tent and a table and chairs are set up outside. It is also possible to eat inside.
However, this space can be shared with other visitors, it is just a matter of arranging the time of use nicely.
It is always a good idea!
We also offer the possibility to order meals or breakfasts.

The sanitary facilities

The sanitary facilities are being installed and will provide our visitors with dry toilets, a solar shower and a water point with a sink (non-running water).
In case of bad weather it will be possible to get hot water directly from us for the solar shower tank.
We also have a running water point with an outside tap in the orchard to fill a jerry can.

The amenities

In the tent we have lamps that can be recharged with a USB plug (electricity in the summer kitchen) and that have a long autonomy.
In the kitchen there is a small fridge, a 4 burner gas stove, a mini-oven, kettle, toaster, mixer, coffee maker and all the necessary dishes.
There is even a small fireplace if the weather is gloomy!

The activities

Sea and landing beaches at 20 mn, various museums.
We are 1 hour from the Pointe de la Hague in the Cotentin and its magnificent sites (the two sides of the Cotentin are different and equally beautiful), 1.5 hours from Mont St Michel, 45 minutes from Caen and 15 minutes from the forest of Balleroy.

Other things

We lend two adult and two small children's bicycles, a small stroller and various children's games free of charge. There is a swing and a monkey bridge on the grounds. We have chickens, a cat and two miniature goats.

Rules

No smoking on the property. No pets allowed. Take off your shoes in the tent and think about the storage of the summer kitchen which is eventually shared with other visitors. The entire property is accessible while respecting our own privacy.

Extras

Possibility of breakfast (€10 / person)

Everything is organic! Homemade sourdough bread and jams. Butter, peanut butter, with a compote of fruits from the garden or a fresh fruit salad, or rice pudding always organic and homemade, or a boiled egg, or a homemade brioche depending on the day
