Description

I live on a plot of land in Tordera, province of Barcelona. The land is less than 10 kilometers from the beach of Blanes, a town on the Costa Brava and of course close to all services. The good thing is that even being very close to everything at the same time is far enough away to enjoy the tranquility. For me it is a must.

The setting

It is a very quiet place, you can go hiking in the area, there are restaurants nearby. Surrounded by forests, in the same grounds there are several pine trees and vegetation.

It is a rustic terrain, so you can install tents without any problem, there are completely flat areas and others with a slight slope.
The space is wide enough to be able to enter with vehicles, cars, caravans, caravans, motor homes.
The access to the site is asphalted.
The shade is provided by the pine trees, so it all depends on the time of day.

A residential setting, lots of four-legged people in the area, quite a large, flat, fenced-in lot where we parked our van, all to ourselves, at least that day in late November. We were in "personal autonomy". Our host was very warm, available, helpful, and at the same time "discreet": in a word PERFECT! ;-) Before arriving at his place, we visited (among others) the beautiful city of Tarragona. Blanes, the sea, the beaches, etc., are less than 5 km away. Lloret de Mar and the beautiful Tossa de Mar are less than 20 km away... It is with great pleasure that we will certainly return one day.
