Description

You can pitch your tent in the shade of the fig tree, the walnut tree, or the weeping willow, you can enjoy the view of the black mountain, while having the possibility of discovering the region by bike thanks to the green way located at a few minutes on foot from the house, enjoy the many lakes located at a few kilometers, and enjoy the beaches of Narbonne, Valras, located at approximately 80 km, while avoiding the crowd, you can also discover Carcassonne located at 70 km.

The setting

You'll be nestled in the shade of the trees if you wish, and enjoy the view of the Black Mountain.

The spots

Shady, flat, easy access, the garden is about 500m, and I accept a total of 3 pitches for a total of 6 people maximum.

The sanitary facilities

A toilet and shower with hot water are located in part of my very large garage.

The amenities

A temporary space in part of this large garage will give you independent access to a microwave, electric hob, fridge and crockery.
Towels and tea towels will be provided.
You'll have access to electricity inside the garage, and the outside is lit by small solar lamps.
You'll benefit from garden equipment and a small table and 2 chairs on each pitch, as well as a plancha.

The activities

On site, you'll be able to go for walks on the "voie verte" and in the mountains, discovering llamas, biquettes...,...
A few kilometers away, you can discover and swim in lakes such as the Lac des Montagnes, or visit the Corniou caves located a few kilometers from the house, as well as the Cabrespine chasm, located near Carcassonne.
You can discover the ferias of Béziers, the amusement parks of Sérignan and Vias, located near Agde...., and swim in the Mediterranean (Valras, Narbonne, Agde, Sète...).

Rules

Arrivals between 4pm and 7pm/ departures at 10am
We ask you to respect the peace and quiet, and noise will be forbidden from 10pm onwards, out of respect for everyone,
Please respect nature, and put cigarette butts in ashtrays provided for this purpose.
Festivities are forbidden, as are parties.
It will not be allowed to receive other people without the prior agreement of the owner.
