Description

In the Algarve, 3 km from the medieval village of SILVES, 11 km from the beach of Marinha and the sea caves of BENAGIL (top 10 most beautiful beaches), 9km from the lake of Arade, we welcome campers who respect nature and the environment in the heart of an exotic garden.

The setting

You will be in the countryside in a calm, quiet and exotic place in the heart of the most beautiful places of the Algarve to visit.

The spots

In the heart of an orange grove, on a green grassy area with easy access you can pitch your tent according to your preferences and availability

The sanitary facilities

The solar shower and the independent dry toilets being in the course of installation, you will be able in the meantime to use the bathroom and the toilets of the house

The amenities

Water available, cable internet, free electricity for charging phones and computers.
Otherwise, electricity is available on request for an additional 3 euros per day.
Washing machine available for 3 euros.
dogs accepted for 3 euros

The road to the quinta is a dirt road, slightly dusty.
Please use the Gps point that I will send you after booking because the route on Homecamper only leads to the mailboxes in the neighborhood.

Rules

We ask the campers to respect the place, the plants and the trees.
It is not possible to use the barbecue in summer because of the risk of fire.
Please do not use any chemical products on the site.
Smokers are requested to dispose of their cigarette butts.
Reception hours : from 11H to 23H approximately

  • Very good! Communication with our host was pleasant, both before and during our stay, the location and situation corresponded perfectly to the description and our expectations. In addition, Mireille allowed us to bring and "let go" our dog, to take water just next to the parking. A pleasantly calm setting, quite a large, flat lot where we parked our van, for us alone, at least that day in mid November. We were in "personal autonomy". Our host was very warm, available, helpful, and at the same time "discreet": in a word PERFECT! ;-) Before arriving at her place, we visited (among others) Vila Do Bispo, Cape St. Vincent, Sagres, and on our way back Praia Da Rocha, Ferragudo, Albufeira... In between, we took a walk in the orange groves just below her house. It is with great pleasure that we will certainly come back one day.

    The only drawback during our stay: there were too many people on the site. We understand that we were at the peak of summer, but the capacity of the site was clearly exceeded.

  • We have stayed for one night in our lovely rented Camper Renault Rio (with a roof tent) and we love it all. We parked in a beautiful tropical garden a were there completely alone. It was a romantic settings, in quiet campaign surroundee by oranges. The hostess is very kind and helpful, we did charge our fridge, phones and used a shower and a toilet. She even recommended us to visit a near by lake for swim, which we did and it was the best!
