Description

My land is located on the heights of Pointe-Noire, upstream of the Acomat jump and near the Cousteau nature reserve.
I manage a vanilla and mango farm.
You can camp on the land or install your van near the house.

The setting

The land is quite isolated, in the middle of the forest, without any neighbors. So you will be quiet! The only noises you will hear are those of the (email hidden)A river is nearby.

The spots

In a tent : you can set up on the ground. This one is mostly on a slope but with possible pitches on the flat. For more comfort, I can provide boards/pallets to put your tent on.
In van : you can put your van in front of the house, facing the mango trees and the mountain.

The sanitary facilities

Hot water available (solar water heater). Access to the sanitary facilities of the house (toilet, sink, bathtub) at any time. An outside shower is also available.

The amenities

No wifi but 4G available with most operators.
Kitchen with gas stove, gas oven, Italian coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans...
Salt, pepper, sugar, etc provided (but not the rest). Possibility to use the kitchen fridge.
Electrical outlet available on the veranda (right next to the bathroom). An extension cord can be provided if needed. You can leave your cell phone to charge during the night for example.

The activities

My land is located near the Acomat jump (waterfall, canyoning) and the Cousteau reserve (diving). Many hiking trails are also accessible (Mamelles natural park). The beach is 5 minutes away by car. In the town of Pointe-Noire, 10 minutes away, you will find all the necessary shops (bakery, tobacco shop, Carrefour express, gas station...).
