Description

Imagine waking up to birdsong, meeting wild animals (deer, rabbits, pheasants, birds of prey...), being lulled to sleep by the calm and breathtaking views... Welcome to Tournehem-sur-la-Hem!

The setting

Our house is located at the top of a hill, offering a 360-degree panorama that never gets old. The forest (bois du parc) is 50m from our property, so encounters with wildlife are frequent. The setting is calm and peaceful. The reception area faces due south, in the shade of a tree. Our house is the only thing on our street, and our neighbors are just a few meters down the road.
By 2024, we'll have a shower room, WC, washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience.

The spots

The site has just been fitted out to welcome our friends from Lille, who are fans of vans and cycle touring. It was designed for them at their request. The terrain is flat. It doesn't seem possible to accommodate a caravan, as the maneuver would be too complex to be able to leave again.

The sanitary facilities

For the time being, only cold water is available.

The amenities

Electricity is provided, as is a barbecue. Internet access is possible if you move a few meters closer to our home.

The activities

The area is the starting point for many hiking and biking trails. In the heart of the Audomarois marsh park, you can choose between the forest and the beach... The activities available are varied, but the most important thing is to enjoy the view...

Other things

A menu of simple barbecues and aperitifs, as well as drinks on the premises, is currently being drawn up (all provided by local suppliers).

Rules

Access is possible at any time of day or night.
The area is non-smoking
Parties and soirées are forbidden in order to respect the neighborhood.
Children have access to the play area under adult supervision.
Please note that the site is not yet fully fenced, and that access to the forest is immediate (in case your children are as intrepid as ours).
