Description

A piece of land in a quiet area !
15 minutes from shops, swimming pool, clubs, tourist sites (Yssingeaux, the Himalayan Bridge...) 20 minutes from Monistrol and 45 minutes from Le Puy en Velay.
Restaurant Auberge le Briassou, la Chapellette next door and many others on Yssingeaux and Monistrol.
Hiking trips from the grounds and site of the Lavallette dam for a refreshing swim...and lots of other leisure/outings to do! (swimming pool in Yssingeaux and Monistrol...)

The setting

Greenery and countryside (tractors, cows, sheep, pigs, chickens, roosters, geese ...) for a total disconnection and recharge a maximum ... proximity of a streetlight that turns off at 23h, the main road of the place and discreet neighbors

The spots

For tents there is shade under the fruit trees (plum and pear).
The ground is slightly sloping at the beginning and then flat...ideal for caravans/small campers (with their awning recommended because no shade) 5 meters max
Easy access through a gate closed by a lock.
Neighbor with our hens (5) in their henhouse and rabbits (2) in their hutch.
Our house is located in front of the land.

The sanitary facilities

We provide our own toilet in our laundry room as well as a fridge and freezer.
You will be able to take a shower at home (2€ per shower and per person) on request of course all this if you respect our goods/materials.

The amenities

You can benefit from WiFi but the goal is to disconnect.
You will have an outside plug on our summer terrace with an extension cord
