Description

You will be welcomed in a small caravan with all comfort, in a garden of 2800 m2 where our house is located. You will be our only guests, in order to preserve your tranquility.
Our land is located between land and sea : 20 mn from Vannes, 20 mn from Auray, half an hour from the beaches. 5 mn from the Forest of Camors, we are in the Landes de Lanvaux. Many walks and beautiful places in the surroundings.

The setting

We are located in the countryside, between an organic farm and a wood. No nuisance on the farm side. The garden is located at the edge of a busy road between 7 and 9 am, and 6-7 pm. The small caravan is at the bottom of the 2800 m2 garden, at the edge of the wood.

The spots

You will be lodged in a pretty small English caravan very comfortable. And well insulated as much thermally as phonically. You will have your own bed space that can be converted into a dining area. The bed of 180 x 180 is made at your arrival.
A small closet and storage space will allow you to store some things. Its cosy interior and its exterior look a little vintage, give it a lot of charm.
A kitchen corner without possibility of heating, but with a small refrigerator to store fresh products.

The sanitary facilities

The sanitary facilities contain a toilet block, a washbasin and a shower. Be careful, they are not suitable for people of too big a size!
You will have hot and cold water. Towels (bath sheet, towel and bath mat) are provided.

The amenities

Breakfast is composed of local products (yoghurts, fruit juices, fresh bread, pastries ...), but also homemade jams is provided. Teas from the Comptoir Français du Thé, coffee from the Brûlerie d'Alré, are carefully selected.
The dishes are provided.
You will be able to connect inside the small caravan, your cell phones, electric razor, hair dryer...
We can heat up a dish for you if needed.

The activities

Many activities to discover around : a pond with departure of hike, pedal boat rental, small refreshment bar (at 4 km), the forest of Camors with many hikes at 5 km, 20 mn from Vannes, 20 mn from Auray, 5 mn from the nearest town for all the conveniences of the everyday life (supermarket, gas station, garages, bakery, pharmacy, swimming pool, chocolate factory, hairdresser, store of creators...)
The Canal du Blavet is located at about 20 mn, with possibility of practising the canoe-kayak (possible rent).
The beaches of La Trinité-sur-Mer, Carnac, Locmariaquer at 25 mn.
Numerous tourist sites are less than an hour away.

Other things

We have 2 dogs: a small Coton de Tulear and a female Beauceron, both very sociable.

Rules

We live in a quiet environment and sometimes receive our children and grandchildren.
Our house is far enough away from the small caravan to respect the intimacy of everyone.
We ask our guests not to leave any garbage lying around and to respect the surroundings.
