Description

Hello and welcome!
I offer you a room in a villa with sea view, in a quiet area.

The setting

You will not want to leave this charming and unique accommodation. An atypical family house, perched on the hill of the terms, sea view / islands of Lerins in Théoule.
When you arrive, you'll find free parking in the street, then you'll have to push the gate, climb a path and a few steps, to take in the sights, dream and enjoy.
We are 5mn by car, 20mn one way and 40mn back by "Bm Double pieds" (on foot) from downtown.
Residential, safe, and quiet area.
Not served by buses.

The spots

The room of about 12m² is located on the first floor, on the south side, overlooking the back garden with its natural swimming pool (under construction), its paved terraces, its huge Eucalyptus.

I give you access to the refrigerator, sink, dishes, dishwasher, kettle and microwave.

The activities

The house is at 5mn by vehicle - 20 mn at "Bm Double feet" from the city center, 10 mn (by vehicle) from the seaside.
In the center, there is a free shuttle for the seaside.
We are ideally located between the sea and the mountains, also at the border of the Var (15 mn from the Adrets, the Lake of Saint Cassien, or from Fréjus), 15mn from Grasse, and about 45 mn from Italy.
You are thus in the center of activities of all kinds, sporting, (nautical, mountain, countryside, golf (here even in Mandelieu), or simply tourist (museums, cities and villages, craftsmen, parks of attraction restaurants, etc...)).

Other things

Compost bin at the top of the garden, and garbage containers at the entrance to the lot

Rules

No parties allowed.
Softs on sale.
Daily specials/homemade pizzas possible but by reservation only.
The grounds are not suitable for children or disabled people, as there are many stairs and no barriers around the natural pool, which is in fact an old swimming pool.

You can smoke on the paved terraces but be careful with the vegetation, we are in drought and water restriction!
I ask you to respect the place, not to throw your cigarette butts or other non-compostable waste in the garden, but in the containers provided for this purpose. (precision made only for the people who do not know the "good manners", unfortunately there are some!!!).

We may share the 1600m2 garden with campers (depending on reservations)
