First experience in a van and first two-day stopover at Domaine Paradisio where I was welcomed by Sylvain, his family and friends. The site is great, next to the garden and the animals, with everything you need to feel good. Sylvain and his family are adorable, attentive and available for the slightest advice, but also know how to give you the privacy you need. Their estate is close to a cycle path that takes you to the surrounding villages. And to top it all off, they're winegrowers, so ask for a tasting - the wines they produce with passion are well worth a stop, even if you're not staying overnight. Don't leave too much room in your car, as you'll probably leave, as I did, with a few bottles (sold directly to harvesters, so prices are very reasonable for the quality of their production). Thank you very much, I'll recommend your estate to anyone visiting D'Oléron.

Sophie P.If you have the opportunity to spend a few days at Sylvain & Sabrina's, go for it! You will have the chance to meet this couple of passionate and incredibly generous winemakers, to put your bags on the edge of the forest and a few steps from the sea, on their charming land at the start of a bike path that will take you to the 4 corners of the island. You will have understood, we had a real crush for this place and even more for the nice family who lives there by making live values which are dear to us.
The bonus: the possibility to taste the wines full of personality produced by the hosts and eventually to bring back a little bit of the island of Oleron in your luggage.
One thing is sure, we will come back! Thank you Sylvain and Sabrina. We leave your home sad to leave you but with a heart full of beautiful memories! -
