Quiet in a small village, walking paths at 300m and river in the village at 800 meters.
Quiet street (4 houses in the street).
Garden with trees.
Henhouse and English garden.

Location in the garden in the shade possible.
The ground is flat.

The sanitary facilities

WC and shower at home (bathroom under construction but the bathtub is functional with shower head).
Dry toilet and if necessary outside, otherwise normal toilet at home.
