Description

Nice plot of land on the banks of a small river, in the middle of our orchard.

The setting

The plot overlooks an old wash-house, the old mill and is bordered by a small river and its water lilies, the charm of authentic countryside, the impression of being isolated but in the middle of the village. A few animals may come to visit: heron, kingfisher, ducks and a family of hedgehogs. Not to mention our chickens, our cat and our friendly dog, who are sure to come (unless you ask them to, of course).

The spots

Choice of flat land near the river, or in the middle of the small bamboo grove. Very large tents accepted.

The sanitary facilities

Independent outdoor bathroom, shared by campers, dry toilet, hot water, shower, washbasin.

The amenities

Tables and chairs, solar lamps with cell phone charger. Electricity with extension cord available at extra cost.

The activities

Outdoor games, pétanque court and table tennis in front of the grounds. Hiking and cycling in the vicinity, advice on what to do and see on site!

Rules

No parties on site, our neighbors are very nice but they are elderly and like their peace and quiet.

  • This was my first homecamp, a solo trip in a tent, and Delphine and Xavier were very welcoming, and did everything to make it perfect. The place is peaceful, and charming, with a small, very functional and pleasant shower room with hot water. The chickens, the rooster and the cat also come to welcome and discover you. I had a great time, in the middle of nature. Many thanks to them.
