A pleasant bivouac on the banks of a pond:
Bel Air is an unspoilt natural setting that we invite you to discover for a night or more. Majestic trees, a large pond, meadows, flora and fauna to delight nature lovers...
We've set up a caravan to provide all the comforts you need for your stay, for two adults and a child.
We wish you a pleasant stay in the heart of nature!

The setting

Located just a stone's throw from the International Garden Festival at the Chaumont-sur-Loire estate, this is an unspoilt site where you can take the time to observe, away from the crowds, noise and storms of everyday life.
Sheltered under the trees, we take the time to listen to nature, to birdsong, the rustle of leaves, the footsteps of deer venturing close by.
The coolness of the pond is much appreciated on a hot day, and occasionally a carp extracts itself from the water for a magnificent plunge.
Coypu have also set up camp here.

The spots

We have installed a small caravan, suitable for two adults and a child, or even two small children. It includes a 160x190 bed and a second 90x160 bed.
We can also rent you an additional tent (for the teenager who doesn't want to sleep with the parents), or even sleep under the stars...
We can prepare meals for you, including picnics, dinners and breakfasts.

The sanitary facilities

Dry toilets installed inside the caravan.
Solar shower outside.
Use of healthy and ecological products mandatory: special dishwashing soap and small toilet soaps available.

The amenities

Gas kitchenette, desert fridge (but if you're staying for a long time, we can keep a few products in the fridge for you), water butter dispenser...

The activities

We're on the Loire bike route, just a few minutes from the International Garden Festival at the Domaine de Chaumont sur Loire.
Local shops in town center.

Other things

We offer you a bivouac in the heart of nature. You can stay one night or more.
We've carefully converted and redecorated a small caravan and added a little extra comfort.
The site is not electrified, but we can lend you a battery to recharge your equipment, or we can do it for you. Access to running water. The kitchenette is gas-powered for cooking (but we can also cook for you ;-)).

Rules

Arrival: from 4:30 pm, but please let us know any time.
Departure: 11 a.m. max.
We're also counting on you to take care of the site: no garbage on the ground, compost your food, no noise, respect the peace and quiet of the site, no parties, family events, etc.
Smokers: please take the utmost precautions, as there is a high risk of fire, and dispose of your cigarette butts in the garbage can.
We do not authorize barbecues or fires, due to the high fire risk.
No swimming in the pond.
Fishing subject to certain conditions and our agreement.

Extras

Possibility of breakfast (€10 / person)

Traditional breakfast: baguette, croissants, viennoiserie, jam/honey... or we can prepare a platter of local products for you at the village delicatessen.
