Former vineyard land redeveloped more than 30 years ago, in a real little paradise of 3 hectares.
In the center of this land you will find a lake with its island, surrounded by lawns.
You can also take a nap or set up your tent under the huge pine trees or directly in the oak woods.
A swimming pool is also accessible (not supervised, under the responsibility of the parents, just like the lake)
The land is away from the road.
You will be in the middle of vineyards and wood.
The land is well exposed to the sun and many shaded areas are present.
Only one neighbor, a very quiet place for people who like nature.
Numerous locations very easy to access thanks to the many paths inside.
The sanitary facilities
A sanitary corner with a shower, sink and toilet.
Hot water is available for free.
Hiking in the vineyards and in the woods.
The historic town of Pézenas is less than 10 min by car.
20 min from Béziers
35 min from the beaches of Agde
25 min from the pond of Thau
35 min from the lake of Salagou
Campfires are forbidden, as well as cigarette butts on the ground.
(Pines and oak forest nearby)

No waste on the ground, garbage bags will be given to you upon arrival if you do not have any.

Our first experience with homecamper was incredible! Dorian is a very kind host, he is very attentive and very available. The place is beautiful, our daughters loved the little lake and the little electric cart ride with Dorian. We will certainly come back in the nice days to enjoy the swimming pool.
We had an excellent stay at Dorian and M. who are simply adorable!
The place is magical, very quiet.
Flat and shady place to put the tent.
Sanitary very clean and spacious and everything you need to spend a very good stay. The path is accessible to all types of vehicles.
We left Mas de Papi with many stars in our eyes (don't forget to raise your head) and joyful memories in our hearts.
If we come back to the region we will come back without hesitation!
Places to respect and preserve to the maximum
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to be the first homecampers :D
