Former vineyard land redeveloped more than 30 years ago, in a real little paradise of 3 hectares.

In the center of this land you will find a lake with its island, surrounded by lawns.

You can also take a nap or set up your tent under the huge pine trees or directly in the oak woods.

A swimming pool is also accessible (not supervised, under the responsibility of the parents, just like the lake)

You will be in the middle of vineyards and wood.
The land is well exposed to the sun and many shaded areas are present.

Only one neighbor, a very quiet place for people who like nature.
