Description

The land of @ValleIncantata_Farmandlab is spread over 23000mt with a lake of 1500sqm among hills with Olive and Cypress trees characteristic of Tuscany, two parts of forest with Oak trees 30 years old. The forest is walkable and here is also our Great Tree of Life where sitting under its crown you can recharge all the good energies from the Universe and do a Natural Detox from pollution.
Arriving between the hills that lead from Casale Marittimo to the coast of the Etruscan Sea, one arrives accompanied by the sea view to the Enchanted Valley with access through a driveway gate that lets one catch a glimpse of the lake bordered by poplars that make cool in the summer for those who want to lie down near the water or camp.
The sea is about 10 min away by car and 20/25 by electric bike.
South side of the property going a few meters beyond the lake there is a Panoramic point 'Golfo Antico Panoramic Terrace' facing the sea among the hills of olive trees near the lavender, so named by us because millions of years ago the sea arrived there and that is why the valley has precisely the shape of a Gulf. We have also made many fossil finds from millions of years ago that we have preserved here.

The setting

Guest tents can be placed flat in the field. Our farm is far from traffic but 4 minutes from the highway we are far from any kind of pollution and the place is suitable for those who want to regenerate and unplug because they are tired or stressed. Surely the sea coast that is 10 minutes away then offers all the attractions, but we are here to listen to the noise of the animals and trees as we are in the Wildlife Repopulation Area and we do not turn on lights that can disturb the animals and we do not make deafening noises. You will be close to our home but not too close. Completely surrounded by greenery and under the stars.

The spots

Pitches in the sun or in the shade of poplars and oaks. There are spacious places for double or van tent. not all day you can have shade but for half the day you can have shade. You can pitch your tent under the woods in midsummer and you can have almost total shade.

The sanitary facilities

The sanitary facilities are well made of wood and simple. Toilets always open, in privacy but in the open air. There is hot water in a 25 liter water heater and a solar shower always available. Drinking water fountain.

The amenities

We live in Permaculture so Wi-Fi not available. We believe in a regenerative vacation and essential living. Cell phone reception only in some areas however we use it as needed with no problems.

Keep in mind that there are never more than 3 tents usually at the same time, so very relaxing. In the camp there is barbecue , wood basket on request with contribution for this.
Electric connection with extension cord in various areas can be requested.

on the property the lake is unprotected and has a depth of about 0.5 to 2.5 meters and contains numerous fish and turtles.

Rules

They will be rules of mutual respect. No playing and dancing after dark, lighting strong luminescent lights or making bonfires.
Children ages 2 to 13 must be accustomed to this type of nature and lake vacation or be supervised as it is many meters between plants and woods.
You cannot enter and leave the property from 12:30 midnight to 5:30 am.
It is accessed by sensor from the main gate.

  • Marcella's welcome was very relaxing. There's a "haven of peace" atmosphere, especially as we were the only guests at the time. Marcella and her partner are very accommodating. The open-air sanitary facilities are nice because we were the only guests, otherwise I think it would have been a bit more complicated. The access road isn't easy either, but that's part of the charm. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a change of scenery, close to nature and in a peaceful setting.

  • Superb, very quiet place with lots of animals: chickens, duck, rabbit and 1 dog. The space is very large but there is only 1 shower and 1 toilet to share. The view over the olive groves is magnificent. The town of Cecina is right next door, with beaches and 1 large water park.
