Description

Hello,
Our land of 5000 M2 maintained by our sheep will allow you to choose a comfortable location or close to the river but well exposed for your solar panels behind the orchard.
Most of the land is flat.
We are a family of 4.
You will be able to taste with us the fruits and vegetables of our garden guaranteed without treatment.
Our passive solar house reflects our passion that we can share with you.
Dogs are not allowed.

The setting

Small and quiet hamlet of 43 inhabitants with access from a little busy street.

The spots

The terrain is easy to access.
There is not much shade, but it is flat enough to sleep on. There is plenty of room to spread out.

The sanitary facilities

We can provide you with dry toilets with separation. (Without smell).
It is also possible to connect your pipes to my non collective sanitation, a filter planted with reeds.
I can draw you a drinking water pipe, a hot water pipe and a non-drinking water pipe.
We don't have a toilet and an outside shower.

The amenities

We can provide you with wifi connected to the fiber.
There is an outside electrical outlet with a 40 m extension cord.
Various equipment can be provided.
