Description

Independent land of 1000 m2 adjoining our house at the entrance of the village near the dams .. of the Lodge of the guards (forests,
park of activities nature and leisure)
We are at 600 meters of altitude.
At 1 hour from Lyon or Clermont and 20 mn from Roanne at 5 minutes from the dams of Renaison, close to the departure of hikes or bike VTT from our property.

The setting

Large flat plot of land of 1000 m2 bordered by hedges that can accommodate a maximum of 3 or 4 minivans or camping cars or tents
Near the village (200 inhabitants) so very quiet village. Possibility of petanque next to the village square as well as games for children.

Below our house flat land shaded in the morning only.
