Description

Isolated plot with a pond, no water or electricity, I live on site in a caravan.
Between Rennes and St Malo, 2 steps from the Ille et Rance canal.
A quiet, restful stopover just 1 minute from the St Malo expressway.

The setting

In the heart of a natural area with no surrounding agriculture. Wooded pond with the sounds of wild animals.

The spots

Easy-access plot in dead-end street, dirt road for access, flat land with shady pitch most of the day. Large volumes can be accessed.

The sanitary facilities

Separate dry toilet in the grounds.

The amenities

Table with barbecue, garden furniture possibility of a gas hob . I can help out with dishes and basic products.
Generator and solar panels for charging laptops.
Solar shower. A shed in case of rain. I can provide a jerry can of drinking water. A 4-seater caravan is available for campers in case of bad weather.

The activities

Boat on the pond and possibility of fishing, but currently with the drought the water level is low.
The canal is a 10-minute walk away, and all shops are 4 kilometers away. Cobac park aquatic amusement park 20 minutes away. St Malo 40 minutes away, leisure pool and wellness area in St Jouan des Guérets 30 minutes away. Rennes Centre 20 minutes away.

Other things

I live with my cat.

Rules

Respect for nature.
Naturism accepted, smokers. No loud noises, it's a peaceful place to relax and listen to nature.
I live in the area, and enjoy meeting new people. Children are the responsibility of their parents, with extra vigilance due to the pond. The boat is available, and the pond is not deep, so there are no risks for older children.

  • Thank you Anne Katell for this meeting. You baptized me Breton by giving me a flag and in doing so made me feel much more welcome in this periple all by myself- so thank you for the exchange, the benevolence and the welcome!

  • Very warm welcome from Anne Katell.
Land for people who like simple living, with rudimentary comforts. But priced accordingly.
