Description

Welcome to all electrosensitives and "digital detoxers" in a unique and atypical place!
Indeed, as my land is protected from waves by numerous trees and distant antennas, the place remains accessible to all, but the rules will be subject to the cause of electrosensitivity :)
Here, no wifi access, no use of powerful transmitters/receivers (TV, etc...), possibility of using the telephone to call in certain places.

The setting

Set in 7 hectares of oak and pine forest, only the occasional rustle of animals adds color to the calm of this unique setting. Precisely 2km from the ocean, you can easily reach it by bike thanks to the cycle path.

The spots

Pitches are chosen according to availability, but all are well spaced apart and in the heart of the forest.
Shade, accessibility, flat terrain (but no tarmac roads), standard dimensions, please enquire for any specific requirements.

The sanitary facilities

Dry toilets
Solar shower
Drinking water

The amenities

No wifi, but phones are available
To get electricity to your bed, bring an extension cord adapted to the length of your need for distance ;)
Machine washing possible: 4 € (washing powder not supplied)

The activities

Shops and groceries 2/3 km away (Montalivet-les-bains),
market every morning, also accessible by bike (2km).
Surf, paddle, bike, beach, etc...

Other things

This is a developing eco-environment, respecting the beauty and calm of nature, sharing, conviviality...

Rates for accommodation, organization and support have been kept as low as possible, to keep them accessible to as many people as possible, but also to maintain a financial contribution to support the place and those who run it. Light and varied tasks are proposed (but not imposed) in order to be in contact with nature, remain active and participate in the life of the place, while more specific missions are also sought (see below).
The aim is to reduce exposure to electrosmog, to regenerate and to leave with additional keys. Accompaniment is included in the price of the stay (it's up to you whether to follow it or not), and can be adapted to the needs of those present (the equivalent of one hour per day, spread over the duration according to the workshops).
Example of suggested light tasks:
- collecting pine cones and kindling
- tool maintenance
- collecting chanterelles (when available)
- DIY
- cleaning the forest (clearing camper sites)
- feeding animals
- debarking
- splitting wood
- etc.
Examples of accompanying workshops or shared activities:
- ocean walks
- bike rides
- a variety of listening activities
- sports and physical activities (jogging, stretching, bodysurfing, surfing, etc.)
- campfires (depending on fire risk)
- diagnosis of electromagnetic pollution
- application of electromagnetic pollution control solutions
- regeneration through body grounding
- advice on purchasing and using ehs equipment
- travel protection (travel kit)
- sleeping at 0 induced voltage
- shedding light on ehs symptoms, protocols, diet...
- etc...
Examples of tasks requiring specific skills or a particular effort. Completion of these tasks may give entitlement to compensation in terms of "pinions" (currency invented for the place, convertible into various benefits such as free accommodation or others):
- building a masonry stove
- building a bread oven
- installation of a wood-burning stove (by a professional for insurance purposes)
- wind pump coupled with solar panel (for plant irrigation)
- permaculture (vegetable irrigation)
- construction of simple huts or tiny houses without electricity
- fence making and installation
- refurbishing henhouse
- car mechanics (old 4x4s and motorhomes)
- bikes to refurbish
- installation of solar panels
- help for complete autonomy
- manufacture of a solar oven
- refurbishing a caravan
- woodcutter for clearings (horses) and wood evacuation
- converted a boat into a home
- installation of a yurt or equivalent
- clean, functional water connection
- sand housing
- underground shelters (in case of fire, etc.)
- manufacture of a walipini (underground greenhouse)
- geobiology diagnosis
- installation of electroculture
- specialist in the creation of participatory communities, eco-environments, etc.
All these lists are subject to change or addition according to needs, ideas and the time of year.
The philosophy of the place is governed by the words: Nature - Good energies - Health - Open-mindedness - New world.
For those who would like to come away with new solutions to improve their lives as electrohypersensitive people, it would be wise to open up to the new orientations and understandings proposed, and to leave certain electromagnetic beliefs, sometimes erroneous, at home for the duration of the stay. The subject of electrosensitivity should be avoided as far as possible outside the workshops concerned, or during individual meetings.

Places are limited, and a 30% deposit is required. Payment is made at the beginning of the stay, and is renewed each time the stay is extended.
