Welcome to all electrosensitive and "digital detox" in a unique and atypical place!
Indeed my land is protected from waves thanks to many trees and distant antennas, the place remains accessible to all, but the rules will be submitted to the cause of electrosensitivity :)
Here, no wifi access, no use of powerful transmitters/receivers (TV, etc...), possibility to use the phone to call at some places.
The setting
In a setting of 7 hectares of oak and pine forest, only a few rustles of animals sometimes come to color the calm of this unique place. Precisely at 2km from the ocean, you can easily reach it by bike thanks to the cycle track.
The spots
Sites are to be chosen according to availability, but all well spaced out from each other, and in the heart of the forest.
Shade, accessibility, flat terrain (but no paved roads), standard dimensions, please inquire for any specificity.
The sanitary facilities
Dry toilets and sheltered heated shower.
No access to hot water, except for the shower
The amenities
No wifi, but phones can be used. A small covered outdoor common outbuilding, with an electricity point.
To be equipped with electricity to your bed, equip yourself with an extension cord adapted to the length of your need of distanciation ;)
Washing in machine possible : 4 € (washing powder not provided)
Renting of a mountain bike with possible deposit : 5€/d deposit 300 €.
The activities
Shops and food at 2/3 km (Montalivet-les-bains),
market every morning, also accessible by bike by the cycle track.
Surf, paddle, bike, beach, etc...
Other things
Here it is a developing eco-environment, respect for the beauty and calm of nature, sharing, conviviality...
The rates for lodging, organization and accompaniment have been studied as low as possible in order to remain accessible to the greatest number of people, but also to maintain a financial contribution allowing the place and those who manage it to live. Light and diverse tasks are proposed (not imposed) in order to be in contact with the possible nature, to remain active and to participate in the life of the place, more specific missions are also sought (see below).
The goal being to decrease one's exposure to Electrosmog, to regenerate oneself and to leave with additional keys, an accompaniment is included in the price of the stay (free to you to follow it or not), it can be adapted to the needs of the people present (the equivalent of one hour per day, spread over the duration according to the workshops).
Example of light tasks proposed :
- collecting pine cones and small wood
- maintenance of tools
- collecting chanterelles (when there are some)
- do-it-yourself
- cleaning the forest (clearing the campers' sites)
- feeding the animals
- debarking
- splitting wood
- etc.
Examples of accompanying workshops or shared activities
- walks to the ocean

- listening to different types of music
- sports and physical activities (jogging, stretching, bodysurfing, surfing, etc...)
- campfires (depending on the risk of fire)
- diagnosis of electromagnetic pollution
- application of electromagnetic pollution control solutions
- regeneration by grounding the body
- advice on the purchase and use of ehs equipment
- protecting yourself when traveling (travel kit)
- sleeping at 0 induced voltage
- enlightenment on ehs symptoms, protocols, diet...
- etc...
Example of tasks requiring specific skills or a particular effort. The accomplishment of these tasks could give right to compensations in term of "pinion" (currency of exchange invented for the place, convertible in various advantages like the free lodging or others):
- making a masonry stove
- manufacture of a bread oven
- installation of a wood stove (by a pro for insurance purposes)
- pumping windmill coupled with solar panel (for plant irrigation)
- permaculture (vegetable garden irrigation)
- manufacture of simple huts or tiny houses without electricity
- manufacture and installation of a fence
- repairing the henhouse
- car mechanics (old 4x4 and motor home)
- bicycles to repair
- installation of solar panels
- help for complete autonomy
- manufacture of a solar oven
- repairing a caravan
- woodcutter for clearings (horses) and wood evacuation
- rehabilitated a boat into a house
- installation of a yurt or equivalent
- clean and functional water connection
- sand dwelling
- underground shelters (in case of fire, etc...)
- manufacture of a walipini (underground greenhouse)
- diagnosis of geobiology
- setting up of an electroculture
- specialist in the creation of a participative community, eco-environment, etc...
All these lists are subject to change or supplementation according to needs, ideas and the period.

For those who would like to leave the stay with new solutions to improve their life as an electrohypersensitive person, it will be wise to open up to the new orientations and understandings proposed, to leave at home for the time of a stay, certain electromagnetic beliefs that are sometimes erroneous. The subject of electrosensitivity should be avoided as much as possible outside of the workshops concerned or particular interviews.
Places are limited, a 30% deposit is required, payment is made at the beginning of the stay and is renewed at each extension, the maximum stay time for each person will be regulated by the organizers.
