Description

Appreciating human contact, I would be delighted to welcome you to the commune of Couleuvre, on the edge of the Tronçais forest, in my secure, enclosed grounds, out of sight.
Breakfast available on request.
Drinks and aperitifs can be served at certain times and against payment on site.
Depending on the time of your arrival, I'll offer you a complimentary welcome drink.

Dogs are welcome but please contact me as I have two small dogs, one of which is old.
Thus, I will welcome you in all simplicity by preserving your peace, independence.
Do not hesitate to contact me for any requests or information before coming.

The setting

We're on one of the paths to Santiago de Compostela, but not the most popular. Come and discover the Tronçais forest opposite my home, with its springs, its legends, its fishing ponds, and its long, signposted walks and bike rides accessible to the disabled.
The Allier, the Bourbonnais region, with its temperate climate, even very hot in summer, offers you the opportunity to choose your outings: quiet walks in the Tronçais forest within walking distance of my home, musical evenings, fishing and more.

The spots

You'll have a choice of location at the back of the plot for your peace and quiet, in the shade or in the sun. A spa is at your disposal with bubbles, massage and heating. Loan of table, chair, parasol. Barbecue facilities available.
You'll have a room to store your bikes or other items.
Only cars under 3t5 have access to the grounds.

The sanitary facilities

you will be supplied with drinking water and electricity, and you will be able to empty your chemical or cassette toilet inside my home.

The amenities

I can provide you with an extension cord if you need electricity, which will be plugged in from my accommodation.
Drinking water provided free except for 1000 liters (4 euros requested)
if you need to wash or dry clothes, it won't be a problem.
I can provide certain equipment on request and free of charge (chairs, tables, parasol and more).
You will have free access to internet and Wi-Fi.

The activities

On site, you'll have access to the SPA (except for water restrictions) and board games.
There are some marvellous châteaux to visit, unless you prefer long walks in the landscaped forest or along the banks of the ponds or the Canal du Berry.
The vélo rail is 34 km away in the mythical village of Noyant-d'Allier with its huge Buddha; it's been said to be the most Vietnamese village in France.
In fact, there are so many activities to choose from, that I'll do my best to inform you according to your points of interest.

Other things

Please respect my garden, do not throw away anything (cigarette butts, etc.).
Pets allowed under certain conditions.
Children are under your sole responsibility.

Rules

For your arrival, please contact me the day before or a few hours before so that I can welcome you.

- Please do not dump your waste water on my property.
- Smokers accepted if you don't throw your cigarette butts on my property (I will provide you with an ashtray if needed).
