Pleasant sloping land with a tree house where you can have an aperitif or sleep.
Overlooking the village.

The setting

Trees, local wildlife, not overlooked, nature, overlooking my home.

The spots

The land is not easily accessible, but I made a parking space at the entrance of the land where you can park a vehicle of about 7m long.
Inside the field, a levelled area of 6m x 8m and another one of 5,50m x 5m.

Possibility of toilets!

I can install an extension cord for electricity.
Laundry, water, electricity.

The activities

7km from Chablis, 1km from the river "le serein".

Other things

I haven't finished the layout, but for someone like me who makes do with little, it's already very nice.

Rules

Neighbors are close so try to stay quiet after 10pm.
Respect for the trees and the grounds, cleanliness required.
Of course, the place must be kept clean even during your stay.
