Pleasant sloping land with a tree house where you can enjoy an aperitif or sleep in.

The setting

Trees, local wildlife, not overlooked, nature, overlooking my home.

The spots

The plot is not easy to access, but I've made a parking space at the entrance to the plot where you can park a vehicle about 7m long.
Inside the plot, there's a level surface measuring 6m x 8m and another measuring 5.50m x 5m.

7km from Chablis, 1km from the river "le serein".

Other things

I haven't finished the layout yet, but for someone like me who makes do with very little, it's already very nice.

Rules

Neighbors are close, so try to stay quiet after 10 p.m.
Respect for trees and grounds, cleanliness required.
Of course, the site must be kept clean even during your stay.
