Hello,
My name is Tanguy
Close to Saint Malo and the Rance river, I offer a 2500m2 independent garden.

The setting

2500m2 quiet countryside 10mn from the sea and the rance.
free barbecue, plancha, deep fryer and fridge.
a Laundromat 5 minutes away in the village.
the place is really in a quiet place of the countryside and close to all the nice places of the area ( sea rance hiking )
the plot has just been sown and is all green ;)
large grassy plot with trees.

creation of dry toilets and solar showers (not accessible at present)
access to well water.

1/ Possibility of access to the jacuzzi on the terrace of my house next door (please let me know in advance so that the water is clean and warm :) )
2/As a snorkeler, I have the equipment and a boat that I can also rent.
3/ 3 bicycles ( 1 man and 1 woman ) and 1 child ( 12 years old )
