Description

A nice little caravan at the bottom of the garden in a quiet place, we count on you not to damage the place.

The setting

At the bottom of the garden, quiet.
At 500m from the sea close to all shops, possibility to move only on foot without worries.
Between roses and fruit trees in the calm.

The spots

Renovated caravan with 1 double bed, a small corner with table and van, a small fridge, kettle, TV, tnt decoder, fan/heater, rechargeable lamp, light, electric socket.

The travelers will be able to install themselves in the garden not far from the gate which is easy of access the ground is not especially very very flat but not sloping either.

Comforter, bed linen, pillows are cleaned after each visit, I do not add extra for the linen just to make the bed yourself and remove the sheets once the stay is over.

Arrival time from 5pm departure 11am maximum.

If you arrive by train to ollioules/sanary I can possibly come to seek according to the hour, the day to agree together in advance

In the summer, please bring the necessary supplies for the mosquitoes (spray for the cabin, spray for the skin or others)
We are close to the sea so there are quite a few.

The caravan is equipped with mosquito nets.

The amenities

The campers can use the oven, a microwave, 1 small fridge at your disposal to share with us (have stock only drinks), coffee maker Tassimo and Senseo (pods at your expense), kettle and electric plate.

A barbecue is at your disposal. (coal at your expense)

On request we can provide dishes or other.

You also have at your disposal soap, toilet paper (to give a roll to your departure) products WC and cleaning, kitchen towel, liquid dishes at your disposal as at your arrival for the next.
A clothesline at your disposal (thank you not to dry your clothes on the soccer cage or on the trees or our clothesline).

The activities

Possibility to go to the beach, restaurants, discotheques, markets, night markets in summer, animations of the surrounding cities, walks on islands, hikes, commercial area by taking bus or train.

Other things

We count on you not to damage the place.

As well as recycled your waste (garbage cans at disposal) as well as 8 chickens which will be delighted to eat all except meat bones, citrus fruits thank you)

In summer it will be possible that we welcome 2 or 3 families at the same time. The toilets/kitchen/WC will be accessible to all. Do not hesitate to let us know if this bothers you

Rules

Easy access, but there is no private parking space.

Smokers allowed if they put their cigarette butts in the garbage can.

Children no problem.

We do not accept animals because our two are not very courteous.

It is forbidden to pick up fruits/vegetables/eggs from the chickens/flowers in the garden.

You have a relaxation area with small chairs, table, umbrella, thank you not to use our relaxation area.
