Description

I welcome you to the grounds where my two buildings dating from the Second World War are currently being renovated, in a quiet location halfway between Dieppe and Rouen.

The setting

At the entrance to a field, in a small hamlet (Fréval_Cropus).
6 kms from the commune of Val de Scie (Auffay-all amenities).
We are 40 minutes from the sea.

The spots

The land is flat.
One plot in a small orchard.
Two others at the far end of the plot.

The sanitary facilities

Sanitary facilities are located in one of the buildings (sink, kitchen, toilet).

The activities

A visit to the Val Ygot, just 15 minutes away, is a must and one that's very close to where I live.
The Eawy forest. The Bosmelet castle. The collegiate church of Auffay Val de scie,
Dieppe and Rouen 40 minutes.
Discover the Pays de Caux.
