Land where the house is located, to be occupied discreetly while respecting the inhabitants and neighbors.
View over a small aber and the sea in the distance.

The setting

The nearby street is not too busy. Unfortunately, it has recently been fitted with a large number of streetlamps... I hope their use will be limited to winter... . The land is surrounded by hedges (high in the past, which I was obliged to trim...). New trees are being planted: wild species to help preserve resources useful to animals, apple trees, pear trees, cherry trees... Agroforestry principles that I'll be happy to explain. The plot is large: you can choose your own location.
Possible noisy evenings on the beach in summer.

Flat terrain for one large tent or two small ones.
Presence of a very large tree for shade.
No caravans or camper vans.

Toilets and showers at home; dry toilets outside; cold water outside

The amenities

See if the house wifi is usable.
The kitchen and electricity are not usable. A cell phone can be charged inside.
Drinking water tap to be used sparingly in view of local resources.
In case of rain, the veranda is generally ideal for drying wet clothes.

Next to the GR 34 and the sea (Iroise Marine Park starts in the neighboring commune, 800 m away).

Other things

GR34 sector: I therefore prefer occupation by hikers with their tents.
Small barbecue possible on stone hearth.

Desire for a discreet occupation of the land, as there is nature all around for walks and activities.
Request to respect the tranquility of the site, as well as nature and its occupants (house cats and wild animals passing through).
