Description

We are Luca and Francesca, a young couple who decided to make their humble little paradise available to travelers.

The setting

Our land is located at the foot of a forested mountain with a sea view (the sea is 10 min away by car).
The nearest built-up area is 7 km away.

The spots

The terrain has level spots. It has forest paths so it is easy to position in the shade.

The sanitary facilities

Utilities are independent.Water should be used very sparingly because we refill the cisterns ourselves. There is little power because we have a small photovoltaic system where cell phones can be put on charge but it is forbidden to use electrical appliances.
There is only hot water during the day because the heating system is solar.
