Outstanding
  • In a word: great for us! A large, clean, well-maintained plot, in the countryside, with horses, away from the beautiful town of Vic without being far from it, flat, easy to access, trees, for us alone, at least out of season. We were in "personal autonomy", but were able to take water easily. Pleasant, peaceful setting. You can walk peacefully for miles in the surrounding area. Excellent communication with our hosts, both before and during our stay. A superb location, a haven of peace and quiet, yet relatively close to "civilization", perfectly matching the description and our expectations. We were able to "let go" of our Beauceron for a while. Our hosts kept their dogs at a distance for the duration of our stay, which was great. Bettina and her daughter Carolina were very warm, available, helpful, and at the same time "discreet". Carolina welcomed us, then left us their property: PERFECT! ;-) Before arriving at their home, we explored (among other places) Palalda, Arles sur Tech, the Col d'Ares at 1513 m, Olot, then the superb villages of Rupit and Tavertet, and of course Vic right next door. On the way out, we passed through St.Hipolit de Votrega, Sobremunt, Berga, Solsana, Col de Nargot and Isona. We'll certainly be back one day with great pleasure.
