Description

Hello! We offer our garden to couples and adults (be careful with children, the space is rustic and not well adapted for minors), travelers, nature lovers and calm.
We live in an estate of 1.3 Mediterranean hectares and is located in Mont Roig del Camp, in a land of ancient olive and carob trees, a magnificent natural environment at the foot of the Sierra de Colldejou and very close to the beaches of the Costa Dorada (10 minutes) and Port Aventura (18 minutes), only 5 minutes from the N-340 road, which is the longest national road in Spain (linking Puerto Real, in Cadiz, with Barcelona along the entire Spanish Mediterranean coast), crossing ten provinces, so it is very well connected.
We accept minivans, small motorhomes or vans up to 5.5 meters.

The setting

Here you will enjoy a quiet garden environment with butterflies, olive trees and flowers, in which we appreciate a lot for its silence and its sea and mountain views.

There is a spectacular light and at night a huge starry sky.

The road ends at the end of the finca, only a couple of neighbors can pass so there is no traffic.
Only hikers and cyclists pass through it.
A few minutes from the Sierra de Colldejou and Escornalbou Castle.

We are surrounded by pine forest and more farms with olive trees.
The music is that of birdsong.

There is an area to practice yoga or meditation to use, and I can give you a private class if you wish (in Spanish).

The spots

We have a caravan used by volunteers and its space is private.
There is one more caravan available for rent by the day.

There is enough space for 4 vans and also for several tents or hammocks. We welcome few guests at a time as we appreciate above all the good atmosphere and tranquility.

If needed we can provide an extra tent for 2 people.

We have picnic tables for eating and several hammocks for relaxing. Coffee and refrigerator service is available.

On the farm there are two dogs and several hens that lay eggs happily as they live outside and feed naturally.

We also have a small organic vegetable garden and some fruit trees.

You will find different places to camp, more solitary or closer.

My partner and I live here all year round.
The front spaces of the house are private as well as our house, but you will be very welcome by the rest of the spaces which are spacious or secluded, depending on your choice.

The sanitary facilities

Because of its access, it is not possible to accommodate large motorhomes or long caravans, so we prefer to accommodate tents and vans, no problem there. Contact us!

There is an outside toilet and a large independent shower with hot and cold water.

The washing machine can be used for an extra charge.

The amenities

Fenced property.
Water is natural (untreated), from well.

As it is a rustic and natural area, it is not allowed to empty the chemical toilet or sewage.
Please take this into account!

There is electricity supply and possibility of extension in case of need, with a supplement.

Hot and cold drinks are available.

The activities

You can make hiking trails, cycling routes, climbing, visiting beaches ... there are very beautiful natural areas nearby, such as the Hermitage of the Virgin of the Rock, Mas Miró, the Botanical Park Parc Samà, Castle Monastery of Escolnarbou, and many cultural and gastronomic offerings, both in the village and around Reus, Tarragona ...

The village of Mont Roig del Camp is 1.5 km away with basic services, bars and restaurants and the beautiful town of Cambrils and its beaches 15 minutes by car.

You can go to the beach in 10 minutes by car or in 1 hour by bike (greenway).
Port Aventura in 18 minutes by car.
Salou at 20 min.

Other things

After the experience of hosting families with children we have seen that they by their exploratory and curious nature can hurt or disturb other travelers who want a little tranquility, so this summer we will explore this other modality of guests only couples or singles, we also do not host teenagers for the same reason and difference of interests and ways to have fun.

We love children, but ours have grown up and now we appreciate the security and another way to rest from the joy and energetic movement of children... Recognizing that this area has many other places designed and cared for families.

Respect for the space, the materials and each guest, their privacy and their rest is a priority for us, so we ask for this commitment, as well as cleanliness and order.
We want it to be a pleasant place for you and for us, we will be happy to welcome you.

Smoking area, we provide an ashtray, please do not throw cigarette butts on the floor.
There is a refrigerator that can be used at an extra charge.

You will find places to walk, read, meditate, relax...
If you would like to share a meal with us, please let us know in advance ;) .

Respect and silence are requested at night after 23h.
Animals are not allowed.
The use of drugs or parties is forbidden.
No fires are allowed.
We love healthy and quiet people.

Respect for nature, the environment, spaces and people is fundamental for us.

Free parking, closed in the same property and guarded with cameras.

    The location is simply amazing and most importantly the wonderful atmosphere that Pilar and Roge have created to welcome and share this environment is really special. We spent 2 nights, parked under olives trees and carob trees, in our van and felt relaxed from the moment we were welcomed in person. The bathrooms and toilets are brand new, the outdoor shower is one of our favourite features, and the closest town with shops is only a couple of minutes drive away. They have a drink menu and also offer the option to cook some food. Pilar also offers the opportunity to practice yoga or meditation with her in this beautiful atmosphere.
