Description

Hello and welcome.

I welcome you on my land located in Rougnat, in the west of Creuse and on the border with Allier and Puy de Dôme, between : Aubusson, Montluçon and Clermont-Ferrand.
It is a small typical Creuse village (470 inhabitants), surrounded by fields and woods and without any amenities (except a small elementary school); therefore very quiet.
You will find everything you need in Auzances, the neighboring village located at 3km : Intermarché with fuel station, pharmacy, bakeries and various small shops.

The setting

You will stay on my 600m2 plot, located inside the village, without direct contact with the neighborhood because it is surrounded by gardens and a few uninhabited houses that are hidden by a bamboo hedge (as shown in the photos).
The street that borders my property is very little used, and very little (email hidden)The only daily noises and only during the day come from: the church located at 30m (which rings the hours and half hours), the 29 pupils of the elementary school located at 100m (who enjoy their recreation), and all the other small noises inherent to the rural life.

It is therefore very quiet during the day and even more so at night.

The spots

For the sake of tranquility and convenience for all, the land is only 600m2, I only provide a maximum of 4 pitches if necessary; otherwise, you have the whole area to yourself.
Possibility to increase the capacity if you are a group of friends or a big family.

The land is easy to access, relatively flat and the shaded areas change according to the time of day.

The sanitary facilities

Dry toilets and a shower are at your disposal on the site.
If needed, I can use my bathroom and toilets at the beginning and end of the season, depending on the temperature.

The amenities

You have access to the covered terrace equipped with a kitchenette with: a small fridge with freezer, a 2-burner electric stove, a double sink, as well as an assortment of glasses, cutlery, plates and some pots and pans. A gas barbecue is also at your disposal. If needed, other utensils or appliances can be lent.
In case of bad weather, a table with chairs can be set up. Otherwise, you can use the table and chairs located on the grounds.

Several bikes and 4 motorcycles can be put under cover.

The wifi is free but only available on the terrace.

For electricity, there are plugs available under the covered terrace (possibility to lend an extension cord if needed); but it's only to charge small devices with very low consumption (cell phone, laptop, mini speaker, hair clippers....).

EXTRAS :

(hot drinks/milk, squeezed orange juice, honey, butter, homemade jam,
fresh bread, 1 pastry of your choice).

As my plot is only 600m2, I divide it into 4 pitches for 2 people max. if necessary

Tent loan possible: one of 1 place and one of 2 places.

If needed, a fully equipped tent can be set up (mattress, bed linen, pillow, comforter and a small solar light)..... (See in the extras and let me know in advance if possible)
