Description

Hello! We are the Pedrón de Sande family (Eli, Alfred and Pau who is 4 and a half years old, also "Suro" a very good and sociable dog).
We live in the middle of fields and forest in a house that we have made with bioconstruction and energy efficiency. Our way of life is slowlife and we will be happy to welcome you on our land.

The setting

The location is surrounded by fields and forests. There is no industrial noise and very few cars pass through the area.

The spots

The land we offer is flat sandy with low grass. The access is very easy.

The sanitary facilities

There is no hot water but you have outlets outside to heat water. There is no outside bathroom...the field and the forest is the option for the moment.

The amenities

The house wiffi is available. Mobile phones or computers can be charged outside. There is an extender in case of need.

The activities

Hiking, biking, mushroom or asparagus picking when in season.

Rules

Common Sense . Pick up the garbage that is generated, pick up the excrement if there are animals. Respect the rest of the family living in the house.
We do not accept animals with violent behavior.

  • We spent one night there as a couple with the caravan. It was very nice and quiet there. Elisabet was super nice and very flexible. The electricity connection was no problem. We had a good night there. The connection to the highway is very good. Elisabet is easy to reach. Everything was great. We would gladly stay again.

  • A place that can help you out, but isn't suitable if you don't have your own sanitary facilities. It's strange to announce that you can come in a van and/or tent when there's not even a simple proposal for dry toilets (which is a minimum). The pitches are in a wind corridor and in full sun. You need to be well equipped if you want to stay several days.
