Intended for exclusive rental and to accommodate up to 22 people, Our Palace Tikida at the entrance of the Palmeraie of Marrakech, reserves to its visitors a surprise of size: A residence of 11 suites all different and unique, reflecting the Moroccan art of living and the local heritage turned to the comfort and the luxury. An immense luxuriant garden dotted with palm trees, bigaradiers, hundred-year-old olive trees which protect a large swimming pool. Intimate common areas and lounges with imposing fireplaces give this house an elegant and refined atmosphere.

These 11 suites with terraces and private gardens, are designed in the respect of modern Moroccan architecture, they are accessible by several corridors and patios and are decorated and furnished with taste and refinement. Fully and perfectly equipped, these bright and spacious suites, will be a testimony of the Moroccan warmth and hospitality.

For your comfort: air-conditioning, floor heating in winter, fireplace, flat screen TV and telephone in all rooms, channel plus in the living room, wifi in the whole villa.

400m ² of space dedicated to the well being, and to offer care and oriental rituals based on 100% natural products. It is equipped with : 2 hammams, 1 jacuzzi, Rest room,1 Spa suite with double jacuzzi,2 massage rooms with individual bathtubs,1 lounge for various treatments,1 solarium, And 1 gym.

Extended on a ground of 1 hectare, equipped with a large room of seminar and a splendid and immense garden, this Villa is the place dreamed for your professional events: seminars, committee of direction, formation...or private: marriage, birthday, baptism...

Rules

- This accommodation is comfortable for families and groups of friends.
- Parents will be responsible for the safety of the children in general. Please note that the pool is not equipped with a security system or a protective barrier, as these facilities are not mandatory in Morocco.
- The price includes: Wifi, cleaning lady, gardener/caretaker.
- Additional staff on request: Housekeeper/cook, beautician, Excursion/tourist transport/driver, Guide, babysitter, waiter, massage service, Yoga...
- Prostitution is strictly forbidden at the Villa (immediate checkout and no refund will be allowed for this type of reservation)
- If you want to rent the villa for an event. Please inform us before booking.
