Trailer converted in mobile home, placed in a wonderful rustic Finca, pure essence of nature and freedom with impressive 360 degrees views over the Delta del Ebro, fisher village, sea and the mountains.
The setting
The Finca is a very calm place, where you can't hear any noise nor other signs of modern civilisation. The wonderful skies and light during day time can only be outreached by the impressive night sky, because of no light pollution at all, it's a unique show of a starry sky all night until the blood red sun rises up from the sea and a new day starts with singing birds surrounding you. It is not a coincidence that the Dalai Lama owns a finca very close to this one because of the spiritual essence of this area.
The spots
The finca is 4km away from the village and the sea and can be reached by a paved wide road. The finca has 12'000m2 divided in 5 large main terraces with olive and pine trees so that every spot has its own view and privacy. We don't accept more then 10 guests , so that every guest has enough space to feel free and undisturbed.There are no size limits. There is an electric main gate and every guest will receive a remote control for opening the gate. The gate will close automatically after 90 seconds. The entire Finca is completely fenced by a 2m high fence and there is private security 24H in the Finca. In the finca there is the spot of the mobile home on the fifth upper terrace with its on fence and gates, separating it from the rest of the finca, that we rent for caravan clients. The mobile home has the best views and is very near to the swimming pool.
The sanitary facilities
The mobile home is full quipped and connected to water and sewage system. It has its own hot water boiler.
The amenities
The trailer has the following equipment: big fridge with separate freezer part, oven, microwave oven, washing machine, vitroceramic cooking plates (4), extractor hood, dishwasher, coffee machine, double sink, Tableware, pans, basic ingredients (salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, olive oil. Internet connection wifi and connector. Smart TV with MOVISTAR, NETFLIX, AMAZON, DISNEY and APPLE MUSIC pre installed and free to use. Connected to electricity supply. Two independent air conditioning systems with warm/cold/dry/fan functions.
The activities
The area of the Delta del Ebro is very rich of all kind of activities during the entire year. Beside of the traditional beach activities in summer, we offer you guided jetski, paddle surf and Efoil trips. For the more adventure type of guest we offer flyboard classes and offshore jetski and QUAD trips. We organise bird watching trips in the Delta del Ebro. Also the adventure park PORT AVENTURA is only 35 min away. For every taste and age you will find a bunch full of interesting activities in this area during all seasons,
Other things
The trailer is very good isolated and will keep the warmth in winter and is always cool on summer. The 2 independent powerful air conditioning systems will achieve in very little time the temperature you wish, although in summer a refreshing soft breeze will normally be enough to keep the trailer cool and pleasant temperature. All windows and the door have mosquito net. There is also a heavy entrance door that you can close at night or if you leave, so that you can feel secure and save. The trailer can be also a very good combination if you come with your caravan and with more people than your caravan is able to host. So you can park your caravan just beside the trailer in the fenced spot and your kids and pets can run around freely without any danger or disturbing other guests.
