We are a welcoming and discreet family of 2 people (single mother and a child) with two big doggies (beaucerons). After having organized our vacations thanks to HomeCamper, we decided to become hosts in our turn in order to allow travelers to settle in a peaceful place.
You will be able to stay under your tent (or ours, but quite old, or in the garden shed if you prefer (supplement of 10 euros))
Attention: supplement 10€/reservation per night during the Armada period
The setting
Come and enjoy a place both in the city and in the country in our south-facing garden with trees. There is a little noise but you don't notice it anymore (highway and train nearby) and I have a henhouse (without rooster) so you can hear the hens a little. We also have a fish pond for the relaxation side (in the process of realization for the second)
Located in the long valleys, there are great hiking trails to do in the forest, which we will be happy to show you
There are also shops and supermarkets nearby (15min max on foot)
The spots
The tents will find their place on our ground (sloping but with flat floors) in the sun or in the shade of apple trees or weeping willow. There is even the possibility to sleep in the shed, if I am informed in advance.
Access is easy through our gate.
The garden is decorated with fish ponds, so you have to be careful with the children
The sanitary facilities
The dry toilets are available near the garden shed.
As for the rest (kitchen, fridge, indoor toilets and shower), it can be done on demand without any problem during my presence hours (Monday-Tuesday-Thursday-Friday from 6am to 7am and from 5pm in the evening and Wednesday-Saturday-Sunday from 9am to 11pm). It's just that I want to be present for the access to the house, because my dogs stay locked inside and I don't know how they would react without my presence.
The amenities
We rent the garden shed for an extra 10€ per night. Please specify your request when booking, that I remove my tools stored inside.
During your stay, you will have access on request at the same times as the sanitary facilities to :
- a fridge-freezer
- a sink for your dishes
as well as the whole kitchen (gas stove, oven, microwave, pots and pans, dishes)
In the garden, you have free access to the dry toilets near the shed, the above ground swimming pool and the fixed barbecue, as well as a garden table and 6 chairs
An outside plug for recharging your phones will be indicated to you on your arrival so that you can easily access it, as well as an extension cord to go to your tent.
In addition :
- washing machine 10kg for 4 (3 euros, washing powder included)
It will be necessary to see together for the slot of the showers.
We do not provide towels.
Possible to rent :

- 1 boy's bike 16 inches I think (big size*teen)
The activities
At the gates of the historic center of Rouen, you will have the pleasure of discovering the city of a hundred steeples, the Rue du Gros Horloge, the shopping malls, the many bars, restaurants, pubs and nightclubs, the pedestrian alleys...
Also within walking distance, enjoy the Docks76 (shopping center, Gaumont cinema...), the swimming pool of Deville-les-rouen, many equestrian centers nearby,...
All of Rouen is accessible by bus from the half moon stop (Teor T2 direction bihorel) located at 5 mn walking distance. Public transport is 100% free on Saturdays in the whole of Rouen!
If you do not like the bus I am also 5min from the station which connects Rouen
For your strolls, "seaside" activities, cultural leisure or visits, you also have the Norman coast (Honfleur with the port or the greenhouse with the Butterflies, Harfleur, Deauville, Trouville, the casinos Barrière...), the small village of Veules les Roses at the sea (prettiest village in France), Dieppe, the forest of Roumare (wild boars and hinds), the park of Bocasse, the zoological park Biotropica, the base of leisure activities of Poses with water skiing, golf, pedal boat etc, the beach of Bédanne (free parking), the base of leisure activities of Jumièges to take a dip or for fishing or the park of Clères to approach pink flamingos, kangaroos, lemurs

There are still many other activities to propose to you, but I don't have them all in mind.
Other things
Our friends the animals are accepted on condition that they are sociable, because I myself have two big dogs (which will stay with me permanently)
Smokers are accepted, you just have to put out the cigarettes and throw them in the garbage
Do not make too much noise in the evening after 10 pm, because we are in a quiet residential street
I am also at your disposal to help you discover the hiking trails if you wish
