Description

Unlit vacant lot, please bring your flashlight :), located 5 minutes from the center of dives sur mer, Cabourg and 30 minutes from pretty towns like Deauville or Honfleur.

The setting

Sea view. Close to a road but not disturbing.

The spots

An empty lot with no water or electricity. So you had to be completely independent. The site can easily accommodate several tents and vehicles. During peak seasons, you can be several campers, so choose the best spot =).

The sanitary facilities

There's also a MacDonald's just a 5-minute drive away.

The 4G mobile network is working very well

  • Good communication and correct terrain, but be aware that the land is possibly shared and partly sloping.

  • Yoann was very responsive, accommodating and friendly!
    The plot of land is a bit overgrown, not suitable for vehicles over 2m70 I think because low branches at the entrance.
    Road nearby but not disturbing.
    Plan on wedges.
    Small corner that will probably be great once a little more developed! I recommend but for the moment the price is a bit high.
