Description

Large plot of land at the end of a dead end road in a village of less than 300 inhabitants on the edge of a small forest, you will be bathed in Nature, in the peace and quiet with a magnificent starry sky; while benefiting from the conveniences of the village: bakery, grocery store, bicycle rental, hairdresser, train station... and the attractive surroundings: accrobranche park, lakes, canoeing, hiking, museums...

The setting

We are totally isolated from the village on a large plot of land with an almost 360 degree view! There is no night lighting so we can enjoy beautiful starry nights, and this is on the edge of the forest. On the ground, two beautiful trees give shade, I take care to vegetate and the development of fresh spaces are underway!

The spots

I dedicate a third of the land to campers who can freely choose their place within the limit of this space in good agreement with the entourage present if necessary! A site at the foot of the poplar tree will give natural shade, otherwise the other spaces will be protected by curtains. The land is relatively flat (agricultural land), easy to access. I do not have any size requirements for tents or caravans.

The sanitary facilities

Adjacent to our house, you will find a covered outdoor bathroom with hot water shower, sink and toilet; as well as a separate dry toilet that we prefer for campers. The access is totally free, no particular schedule to respect.

The amenities

You will be able to benefit from an Internet connection in WIFI around the house.
The installation of an outside kitchen is in progress, in the meantime you will have access to the family kitchen with all the basic equipment: kettle, toaster, oven, fridge...), as well as the basic condiments, coffee and tea.
For electricity, I provide an extension cord if needed and the possibility to charge appliances in the house.

The activities

In the village, you will have the opportunity to rent electric bikes and, 5 minutes by car, to visit an accrobranche park, as well as a museum on the geology of the area. Near Louroux, several lakes will allow you to spend pleasant moments.
At 20 minutes by car, you arrive at the edge of the Sioule where you can swim and enjoy shaded playgrounds, as well as the possibility of canoeing. The gorges of the Sioule also allow you to benefit from climbing walls in the middle of nature and thermal baths with saunas, jacuzzis and hammam with views on the gorges! Not to mention the many hiking trails in the area.
At about 1h, you can climb the Sancy or the Puy de Dôme and enjoy splendid places of Nature as: lake of servières, valley of chaudefour, plateau of Gergovie...

Other things

As stated in the ad, I can offer you my services as a naturopath and aromatherapist by proposing different types of wellness massages, access to the sauna, individualized advice on natural health, workshops on aromatherapy and natural health, healthy and balanced meals...
Finally, we will be happy to lend you equipment such as bicycles, outdoor or indoor games or anything else we can provide to make your stay a most enjoyable one.

Rules

The rules of conduct are as follows:
- Between 10pm and 7am, please respect the local calm
- No smoking in the common areas and inside the buildings
- Please make sure to pick up after your pets and keep them on a leash when necessary (general welfare)
- Children are under the responsibility of their parent or guardian on the entire grounds and especially in the play areas
- Fires are not allowed outside the designated area and in case of drought
- It is forbidden to leave garbage on the field: compost and sorting garbage cans are available

A 2-person tent and a 4-person tent with inflatable mattresses and lamps can be rented on site, please ask before arriving.
