Description

5 kilometers from the center of Couzeix, I offer you a flat plot of land in the countryside, approx. 800m2, south-facing and quiet.
Easy, signposted access 8 kilometers/10 minutes from exit 28 of the A20 towards Angoulême Périgueux, and 11 kilometers from Limoges Bellegarde airport. GPS-recognized address.
Your vehicle is parked inside the property and at your convenience either in front of the house or at the pitches.
We have a dog, pets welcome on a leash. I speak English fluently.

The setting

The plot is signposted with Homecamper signs from the road, and is located to the rear and below the house, bordered to the south by a hedge.

The spots

Several pitches at your disposal.
Maximum 6 tents, or 2 vans/light vehicles at the same time on the pitches when the weather is dry. If the ground is wet, vehicles will be parked 30 meters from the pitches, still within the property. Shade near the hedge.
Beautiful unobstructed view of the western horizon.

The sanitary facilities

Large shower room with 1 WC, 1 washbasin and 1 shower in the house on the ground floor with independent access H24. Cold water tap also available outside the house.

The amenities

An arbour with garden tables and chairs is available in the middle of the pitches (except in the event of heavy rain or strong winds), at no extra charge.
A barbecue is also available (please bring charcoal).
Wifi access outside the house on part of the site up to approx. 5m from the terrace (otherwise 4G).
Electricity available with extension cord on request.
A large fridge-freezer is available next to the shower room, accessible 24 hours a day.
Bicycle shed in the cellar.

The activities

Hiking, biking. A hiking trail passes in front of the house and there are several hiking trails around Couzeix with itineraries I can provide. You can reach Limoges on foot by taking a bus that passes 50 meters from the house, but passes infrequently.

Other things

Casino supermarket open from 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. every day, including Sunday, shops, pharmacy, post office and gas station H24 in Couzeix center, 5km away.

Rules

Arrival and departure times are to be determined together: a text message, a phone call...
Basic respect for neighbours. No partying or excessive noise to maintain good neighborliness.

Possibility of breakfast (€5 / person)

I offer to serve you breakfast (optional) outside under one of the arbors, or on the terrace, or in your tent, or in the cellar if the weather is bad, from 7am until around 9:30am.
Coffee / tea / chocolate milk, various breads, croissant, butter and jam, orange juice, yoghurt, for 5 euros
Please let me know at least 24 hours in advance if you would like breakfast, so that I have time to buy the products, otherwise I won't be able to offer you any.
