  • A 9-night/10-day stay at Jean-François and his wife's property in early April!

You'll be greeted by J-F, a warm, welcoming and helpful person. Don't hesitate to talk to him, who will be happy to give you some valuable advice!

The place we've prepared and allocated to us, the campers, is just top-notch! Secure access to the property through an electric gate, as well as free, permanent access to electricity and water.

Several places with tables and chairs in the area dedicated to us.

There is also a solid room with a washbasin, WC and shower, each separate from the others.
Outside, a fridge is available if required, as well as a sink and bicycles.

The path leading to this room is lit at all times by a lighting system with presence detector and timer.

Saint Mitre les Remparts is a pretty village with a fortified center.
    - Istres, Martigues and the archeological site of Saint Blaise are in the immediate vicinity.
    - Châteauneuf les Martigues, Miramas and saint chamas about 20 minutes away.
    - the côte bleue, including sausset les pins, carry le rouet, ensuès la redonne...not far away.
    - Marseille and its calanques, salon de Provence about 30-40 min away
    - a little further on Arles
    - not forgetting the Camargue, Saintes Maries de la mer, Aigues mortes...which can be reached by ferry...
    Etc...
To sum up, there's no shortage of activities, visits and discoveries!

    A pleasant stay, a place I'd recommend!

    Hope to see you again!

    Sincerely

    Clément

And a special thanks to the 4 hens who kept us company ????

  • Very attractive, secure, gated site with access code, well thought-out and well-maintained sanitary facilities including WC, shower, washbasin, dishwashing sink and cassette drainer. Electricity at each pitch. Jean François is super friendly without being intrusive, and he was kind enough to give me some tasty eggs from his hens that roam the grounds. Thank you for your welcome, if the neighbor's dog didn't bark for no reason it would be perfect. I stayed for 4 days, and was able to go for a few bike rides, fortunately electric, as there's quite a difference in altitude if you want to reach the magnificent beaches of the Etang de Berre or the archeological site that stretches over several hectares and is teeming with hiking trails.

  • Many thanks to Jean François for his warm welcome and his investment in this beautiful location. Well located, well equipped, I recommend that you stop by!

Thanks again, we'll definitely be back if we ever vacation in the area again!

  • Jean-Francois is very welcoming and available, the sanitary facilities are very clean, a new shower and toilet, the ground well maintained flat, with chickens in freedom and the place to play a little ball or racket games and also bicycles at disposal! The only problem is that the site is located near the road. Really top, I will come back!
