Description

In the Combrailles at the edge of the city. A small piece of land is proposed to you to put your tent, you will be able to reach all the conveniences of the house and the trade are at 2 km. A large lake and the countryside for beautiful hikes are nearby.

The setting

Small house of former coron, a quiet area and away from the city, but not totally isolated.
A possible access from the land without passing by the entrance of the house, I give you the indications of entrance after reservations.
You can access on foot to the lake and the city center.

The spots

The garden is small but well surrounded, there is no vis à vis.
Your vehicle is parked on the sidewalk, you can not enter with a vehicle in the field. The land is flat and a back entrance will be reserved for you.

Two rooms in the house can be made available to you for an extra charge. (1 room with double bed, 1 room with bunk beds).

The sanitary facilities

All sanitary facilities are inside the house for the moment. I will soon make available an outdoor dry toilet. You will have access through the back door of the house. We will set up together a rotation for the showers, hot water tank of 200l.
Showers and toilets before 8pm.

The amenities

The kitchen is accessible to you with all the equipment.
An extension cord can be lent to you with a plug outside to recharge phones, tablets, computers.
The bathroom Hair dryer is available. No towel provided.

The activities

In the north of the Puy de Dôme, 20 minutes from Néris les Bains, a spa town with the Nériades. 30 minutes from Montluçon. Possible stroll and discovery of the heritage of the city.
Possible hikes in the Combrailles. At 1 hour from Clermont-Ferrand.
40 minutes from Saint Pourçaint sur Sioule, from Charroux (medieval and artisanal village) and from Vichy.
Lake with nautical activities in summer, safe swimming and fishing possible.

Rules

I have a small baby who may require a little quiet at times ;)
No big party people on site, after you party anywhere else but the grounds.
Smoking allowed outside.
Schedule, for arrivals after 8pm, please specify and I will leave you directions to set up.
