Description

Very well located land.
No noise because there are no neighbors. A superb setting! lawns, trees, and only pleasure! That's why I want to share. My goal is not to receive tourists in long stay but to allow a stopover of one or two nights to people wishing to enjoy the activities in the surroundings.
Everyone who comes here likes the peace and quiet but also the noise that you can make without bothering a neighbor!

Everything is not done but I'm going for it anyway! My first tenants will be the best served.

The setting

Between Vendrennes and La Brossière, my house is located at La Landette on 3500M2.
There is greenery, trees, birds, my geese and my two goats : Huguette and Agata ! and of course my little dog NEO .
I am 1,5km from the village.
I guarantee you an absolute tranquility ! You will feel good, you will feel it yourself.
The lake of La Tricherie is 3 minutes away with activities for children? swimming, fishing, acrobranche and walks in the forest.

The spots

My land is large, flat and shady, but if you prefer the sun, I do too!
You have the possibility to put yourself where you want.

The sanitary facilities

I am committed to putting up a dry toilet and solar shower if I get any responses to this ad!
I have a sink outside for my guests.
I already have a trailer on the property that I want to convert to the welfare of the tenants.

The amenities

I will provide the internet.
Access to the caravan on site, electricity, water, toilets, shower, microwave, light and sound if you are not tired!
Swimming pool if you ask for it, open bar and garage with sound system.

The activities

I am 45min from the sea and 10min from the freeway and the herbariums.
At 15 min from the Puy du Fou, at one hour from the Sables d'Olonne and 5min from the lake of la tricherie offering
Swimming, sun, accrobranche, minigolf, restaurant, concerts...

Rules

travelers are invited to manage their waste. molocs for glass, selective sorting and all coming are nearby. 500meters in the village next door. or in the town of vendrennes. megots are not tolerated in the wild on the ground. children remain under the responsibility of their parents.

Possibility of breakfast (€4 / person)

if it works and you eat in the morning, there is the brioche de vendrennes with fresh baguette, homemade jams and oysters on Sunday morning with a good white.
