Description

I would like to share this beautiful Burgundy and my village.
This land is ideal for a stay in autonomous motorhome, that said, stages, weekends and short stays are welcome.

The setting

The ground is closed, Located in the village at the edge of the Yonne (road and stone quay) very large gate, directed south of + of 400 M2, flat and in lawn, site for car, bicycle, Motor home, tent, space barbecue, campfires. Access in total autonomy. If needed, my house is very close.

The general setting is quiet, only a little festive noise during village animations and concerts at the Guinguette, restaurant, bar on the site of the swimming opposite the land on the other side of the river. The best is to participate ;)

The village has a doctor, a pharmacist, a bakery, a butcher's shop, a mini-market, a bar, a tobacco shop, a newspaper shop, and a train station 15 minutes away, Paris/Clamecy line.

The sanitary facilities

Bring your own toilet. Solar shower possible.

The amenities

Free of charge: Garbage can, tables, solar showers, chairs, dishes, balls, badminton, card games, two-seater canoe, one child, one adult, life jackets for children and adults for a trip on the Yonne in calm water in front of the site. Attention no sanitary facilities.
Electricity and water supply possible on the margin and under conditions. Supply of wood / Campfires, for a small fee.

This site is ideal for a stay in autonomous motorhome.

The activities

20 km from Vézelay, 30 km from Guédelon, 8 km from Clamecy with a nice walk on Saturday. The village is close to the climbing sites of Saussois and Surgy.

At 3 mn walking distance, Tennis, soccer field, petanque field, mini-golf and City-stadium, white water swimming in summer and the Vélo-route of the canal du Nivernais.

Other things

I am able to organize guided tours and thematic tours, modest participation to agree. I am a local and can provide a lot of information on the possibilities, sports, cultural, visits of remarkable sites.

We will establish together during our preliminary contacts as well as during your reception the general and particular modalities. Your schedules and needs will remain a priority, in a spirit of good stay for you.
