I'd like to share this beautiful Burgundy and my village with you.
This plot is ideal for a self-contained motorhome holiday, although stopovers, weekends and short breaks are also welcome.
The setting
The plot is enclosed, located in the village on the banks of the Yonne (stone path and quay), very large gate, south-facing, over 400 M2, flat lawn, space for car, bike, camper, tent, barbecue area, campfire. Totally independent access. If needed, my house is nearby.
The general setting is calm, with only a little festive noise during village events and concerts at the Guinguette, restaurant and bar on the bathing site opposite the site on the other side of the river. The best thing is to join in ;)
The village has a doctor, pharmacist, bakery, butcher, delicatessen, mini-market, bar, tobacconist, newsagent, and a train station 15 minutes from the Paris/Clamecy line.
The spots
Free at your convenience, my beautiful tree in the photos fell this winter......
Free installation and layout, easy access through large gate.
The sanitary facilities
Bring your own portable toilet. Solar shower possible depending on the weather ;)
The amenities
Free of charge: Garbage can, tables, solar showers, chairs, crockery, balls, card games, two-seater canoe, one child, one adult, life jackets for children and adults for calm-water trips on the Yonne in front of the site. No sanitary facilities.
Electricity and water supply available on request and subject to conditions. Wood / Campfire available for a small fee.
This plot is ideal for a self-contained motorhome holiday.
Telephone networks 3 operators, with varying coverage: SFR, Orange, Bouygues.
The activities
20 km from Vézelay, 30 km from Guédelon, 8 km from Clamecy, with a lovely Saturday walk. The village is close to the Saussois and Surgy climbing sites.
Tennis courts, soccer field, petanque court, mini-golf and city stadium are all within a 3-minute walk, as is white-water swimming in summer and the Canal du Nivernais cycle route.
Other things
I am able to organize guided tours and themed tours, modest participation to agree. I'm a local, and to save time I can provide a wealth of information on sporting, cultural and sightseeing opportunities.
