Description

Fully insulated and refurbished vintage caravan from 1969. It's in my barn because I don't have permission to put it on my land, but it's cool and out of sight. It is equipped with a 2-seater bed, gas hob, fridge and all kitchen utensils.
The house is located 200 meters from the Viarhôna, 2 kilometers from Tournon sur Rhône, amidst apricot orchards, vineyards and market gardens. The Doux river offers many bathing spots accessible on foot or by bike, and there are many hiking trails around the house.

The setting

In the countryside there are noises, animals, tractors... Depending on the wind, you can also hear the train.

The sanitary facilities

There are dry toilets on the grounds nearby, and mobile toilets in the caravan for those with a pressing need.

The amenities

A wire brings electricity into the caravan and there are 2 multiple sockets.
No internet access
2 gas rings and 1 fridge. I have everything you need at home, just ask.
You can take a shower outside (pressure shower) or at home.

Rules

No dogs, it's not that I don't like them, but my cat does...
No smoking in the caravan, there's a terrace with cushions right next to it.
No fires in the garden, but you can have a barbecue in the courtyard, just ask me.
No noise after 10 p.m., there are neighbors.
Arrival from 4 p.m., departure before 11 a.m.

  • My Brother and I had a stop at Fabiennes Caravan.
    We booked it on short notice, but had a warm welcome.
    As the shower outside wasnt finished, we were able to shower inside.
    Communication was easy.
    The Caravan is a bit out of town, but the supermarket is only 2km away and easy to reach.

    I can recommend having a stop here!
