Private land of 900 m2 behind the house, 100m from the RN 12 Paris /Brittany, at the bottom is a greenway, Only for MOTORCYCLE and Knight of the Road, independent motorcycle access, Not suitable for car or camper, quiet but BAB (provided if needed) welcome because dog barks sometimes at night
Motorcycles sheltered in the garage if needed, electricity, toilets at our place downstairs outside the night.
100 meters from RN12 but quiet at off-peak hours.

Along the greenway on the other side of the fence, not much traffic, so it is quiet for a night in transit.

At the house downstairs has off night or the door of the house is closed . Otherwise pee in the back against the green lane but not the poop. Drinking water tap available on the outside of the house
