Description

In a bucolic setting, located in the countryside but close to all amenities (shops, roads, historical sites), we would be delighted to welcome you to our home.
Come and enjoy with your family or friends in all tranquility of this rejuvenating place.

The setting

In a large garden with trees and flowers where nature is predominant, come and relax and share this unique moment.
The garden is exposed south south west.
We are attentive to the respect of the environment.

The spots

In front of our house, a large wooded plot of 60 ares available for tents, caravans, mobile homes.
The ground is flat, very easy of access; big parking in tarmac put at disposal

The sanitary facilities

In the pool house located next to the swimming pool: changing room, separate toilet and hand wash, clothesline and fridge.

The amenities

No BBQ but plancha.
Wi-fi available on the terrace but not at the bottom of the garden, basic dishes plates, glasses and cutlery for 14 persons (salt/pepper) available.
A covered terrace under a patio with 1 table and 8 chairs, deckchairs and garden chairs, pool games.
Several outside plugs are available (to charge your mobile phone or other), a large extension cord, senseo.

The activities

The asset of our house is of course our heated swimming pool (with a semi-tall shelter in bad weather) of 10m/4m depth 145cm deep with an immersed beach of 1m wide on the whole length of the pool + big stairs to go down in the water (accessible to people with reduced mobility), several spaces around the tiled pool.
Games for children and adults (swing, badminton, slide, molky, children's petanque games)
In the surroundings ,
Visits of the historical places of the city of Tournai: its cathedral, its belfry, the museum of fine arts, the museum of natural history and the vivarium, the museum of the puppet, the bridge of the Holes and obviously our beautiful large place. The region is also ideal for walking and cycling. The Mont Saint Aubert, the house of Léaucourt, the farm of Cavrinnes and of course our numerous restaurants and bars well known in the region will I'm sure delight you.
Lille is 20 minutes away
Brussels is 1 hour away
Mons is 35 minutes away
