Vintage caravan with all comfort !
We welcome you on our land in a space specially dedicated to you, in order to preserve your privacy.
A small cocooning place that could be defined as "the countryside in the city".
We are located at 15min drive from the old town of Tours, restaurants, bars and shops....
At 6min from the house of Ronsard and 10 min from the castle of Villandry.
You will also find many hiking trails nearby, places of fishing (Loire, Cher, confluent ...)
You will stay in the heart of the castles and on the course of the Loire with bicycle.
We are also home campers and will try to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
The setting
The caravan is located at the entrance of our land on a shady and wooded area.
A large field faces the house and the absence of urban lighting allows us to have a nice starry sky.
The spots
Vintage caravan "STAR of 1964" perfectly preserved in its original condition.
You will find :
- a bed for two persons (sheets and blankets provided)
- a small bench
- a storage cupboard with hangers
- a kitchenette
Possibility to install a tent for an additional person
The sanitary facilities
A dry toilet is at your disposal 24H/24H as well as a solar shower.
The amenities
Wifi internet is available around the main house.
Electricity is available on your site as well as plugs to recharge your phones ...
The kitchen is equipped for 4 people (plates, cutlery, glasses, bowls, pots and pans, kettle, toaster, salad bowl and kitchen utensils...)
A small set of condiments is proposed at your arrival (salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, tea...)
A fridge is at your disposal next to the main house
A private parking lot in front of your pitch.
The activities
You will be able to make many cultural visits like the castles of the Loire: Chenonceau, Rigny Ussé (The castle of the sleeping beauty) Amboise, Loches, Chinon.... Visits of vineyards and cellars (Vouvray, Montlouis, Bourgueil, Chinon...)
You will be able to enjoy the Loire and the Cher rivers as well as a pond behind our property to fish and enjoy the waterfront.
Trips in gabare are proposed in the surroundings.
the guinguettes on the banks of the Loire are accessible during the summer season
The swimming pool of the carré d'o is 5 minutes away and the swimming pool of the lake is 15 minutes away (aquatic center of Tours with slide, big pool, whirlpool...)
The city of Tours in the vicinity will allow you all types of activities, outings, shows, concerts, cinemas, festivals...)
