Description

Hello, I rent two rooms. The rent in an atypical chalet of the department of Aude. The chalet being part of the first constructions of the huts of fleury. It remains a typical old chalet but clean. Not suitable for people who are looking for luxury. On the other hand it is a perfect place to rest simply. On the first floor, equipped with two bedrooms with double beds for two people. With private toilet on the floor. The kitchen and bathroom are shared by the host. Outside space a very large garden maintained. Garden furniture, terrace, barbecue area. The wild beach of 4 km is at 10 mn on foot. The space is relaxing, and nature lovers will enjoy it. The chalet is well maintained but nothing modern. A good bedding and the calm are very beneficial. I am a simple person who likes to receive, and communicate on our beautiful region.

Small fishing village at 700 m from the beach and 100 m from the river. 4 km from St Pierre la Mer and Valras Plage, which are very popular resorts.

Quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The rooms are on the first floor.

No rules except respect for each other. Parking right in front of the house, shops nearby. It is a small village and the means of transport are limited.
