Description

Mother and daughter live in a small mining village. We are simple people where humans, chickens, cats and dogs all live together. Our house is too small to welcome you inside but our garden is as big as our heart!

The setting

The advantage of a small mining village; we have a very good bread dispenser and then ..... birds that make noise, nature that listens, the night that is really dark, the stars that illuminate the sky .... is a quiet country just soothing where we live blossomed!

The spots

The site will be simply on our land which is enclosed. Flat places for tent and vehicle, sloping places to reach the house. The tent can be placed wherever you want, the vehicle will be on the bottom of our garden in front of a garage that we do not use.

The sanitary facilities

They are at home which ensures you a warm place. They are small but practical. WC and shower are in the same room, but we have incense if needed to burn :-)

The amenities

Internet WIFI, we have that in the countryside but not the fiber yet.
The kitchen is shared but I tend to take advantage of shared meals if you feel like it, otherwise you can quietly eat outside on a large table or small garden table. Induction cooker, microwave, oven, CITRAM pans, toaster, kettle, citrus press....
No outside plug but to recharge your cell phone I accept that you do it in the house, I survive well to the fear of disconnection of people .... At worst, if you want to be really independent, solar charger possible or plug in the sheds of the chickens in the garden!

The activities

On the spot there are of course hikes
Not far away there is the lake of Palinges, the city of Montceau les Mines (called AU Montceau here) with the museum of the Mine or the ALLIOT factory (old trucks) to visit.
A little further, there is Paray le Monial, Charolles and the museum of the Charolais meat, Le Creusot with the castle of the Verrerie, ....

Other things

We were before from Dijon and were used to welcome people in Coushsurfing, we loved it! But now in a house with only two rooms, we still want to have these magical and human meetings! So we dare and we launch ourselves in a new way thanks to our garden. We look forward to welcoming you!

Rules

Hours: the gate is never locked so you come and go as you please! But when you arrive I like to be there, if you know what I mean...
Access : not locked
Smoking: yes outside, not in the house. And, ashtrays are essential! I have no problem emptying them as long as you put your butts in them!
Children: my daughter is 13 years old, if you drag your teenager, I understand you! Otherwise, other ages no worries because children are pure happiness. Even as a teenager!
Animals: if they accept chickens, cats and dogs NO WORRIES! If they don't like cats or dogs BOF! If they don't accept chickens or you don't know: we'll try or I'll close the chickens exceptionally, or we'll adapt!

Possibility of breakfast (€5 / person)

I can offer you coffee, Ricore, tea or infusion ....
As far as snacks are concerned, it depends on the moment so I prefer not to include them and let you manage.

Tent ready

Tent 2 seconds 2 or 4 people. I can even teach you how to fold it if you don't know how :-)
