There are 4 possibilities of overnight stay available ! For the bicycle tourists for 2 small tents in the garden area a parking space ! The DDR massive bungalow with about 30sqm hallway, bedroom with 3 beds / sleeping coutch in fireplace lounge with satellite TV and kitchenette , shower bathroom WC ! Meadow forest bathing at the Highländer cattle paddock at the forest festival place, 300sqm private meadow at the edge of the field in the sunset feelings mode ! Finer details with agreement necessary ! The Lusatian Lakeland is in front of the Spb city walls, coal mine+vineyards chocolate land and Pückler parks, reservoir, sights are nearby - if needed there are various bikes / Lopifit e-walking scooters in rental for the trip to it !

The setting

All offers in quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle, only in the bungalow are so water, electricity, toilet free to use - otherwise possibly with agreement conditionally possible ! Let's talk about it if necessary ! 1x 700m to the outdoor pool, 1x 1km to the outdoor pool on the outskirts with free stand on the edge of the field and small slope, otherwise in quiet Gartensparte stands the tiny house / bungalow ! Electricity / water is usable in Bungalow proximity for the kurzzelter bicycle tourists - on the meadow on request - goes from the neighbor also water and electricity to lay - in the forest is nix to make if necessary a Chem.Toiletten tent is rentable - water tank externally fill ! A kl. Solarpanell with 12Accu zubuchbar !

The activities

Spremberg is located on the edge of the Lusatian Lakeland, with reservoir, outdoor pool, vineyard, coal mine, Felicitas chocolate land, museums and parks are excursions technically well to reach ! 30km to Poland to the market or beautiful Pückler Park Bad Muskau or Cottbus Baltic Sea with Branitzer Pückler Park, a beautiful network of bike paths is possibly also usable with my rental bikes !

Other things

Each lake in the Lusatian Lakeland is good to go around with about 20-25km, partly only bathing released, otherwise an extensive good Fahrradwegenerz for day trips well usable ! Spb is a small town with an old town center and the coal-fired power plant black pump of our cloud machine with 2 AussichtTürme ! The Spreeradweg along to Saxony and Brandenburg is rural well usable !

Rules
