A nice campsite in the garden with access to a beautiful Public Landscape Park and lake access which is 250m away.

The setting

Surrounded by many trees and beautiful views of nature, bright nature garden with lawn and perennial beds and chicken coop and a cat.
A quiet campsite that invites you to relax...

The spots

The place is sunny during the day and very slight slope of the lawn, depending on where you put the tent in the garden.
House and garden next to little used village road.

The sanitary facilities

In the house of the landlord there are toilets, possibility of showers, but there is also a public toilet from the park directly at the house

The amenities

WLAN from the house in the garden usable, by arrangement you can also get a lot of things borrowed from a pot to dishes, etc..
In the garage is a sink to wash dishes, get drinking water. Cable drum (On site) with electricity can be laid to the tent.

The activities

The Ammersee as a leisure activity is only 250m away from the campsite.
The village of Utting itself and train station is 2.5 km away.

Land & setting
  • Beautiful place. Really just like in the pictures. Sebastian is super nice.

  • Sebastian's beautiful garden provided plenty of space for our large tent. We could park the camping van nearby and connect it to the electricity. A fireplace and dining area were also available, so all we had to do, in keeping with the wet weather, was stretch a tarp and we had a covered kitchen.
The bathroom in the house with its hot shower made the rainy days more bearable for us. Everything very uncomplicated and sympathetic. Also we could hang up our blankets and towels that didn't want to dry in Sebastian's cellar.
The campground is beautifully located in a park area, we hardly noticed anything from other park visitors. The place is perfect for campers who appreciate a quiet environment and a beautiful, natural garden.
If you want to bring Sebastian a small guest gift, we found out that you can please him with a bottle of Rivella red ????.

  • For us it was the first experience with HomeCamper and it was perfect! We were able to camp in the beautiful garden of Sebastian and his small family and enjoy absolute tranquility among flowers, ancient trees, chickens and a great variety of birds. The direct proximity to the lake (5 min walk) was perfect, so we could cool off directly in the lake after getting up in the morning and set off with the SUPs after breakfast.
Thank you for the great hospitality, your openness and trust, pleasant conversations, delicious coffees and the tour of the park and the artist house. We will be very happy to come again! An absolute insider tip, which we gladly recommend!
