Detached plot of 1000m with independent access 24h in the countryside next to the village of XALÓ in the Bosta Blanca one of the most beautiful places in the Valencian Community.

The setting

In a natural environment next to the river, a step away from the village with all services: supermarkets, restaurants, stores ... away from traffic and surrounded by nature and rustic buildings.

The spots

1,000 m. of flat plot with trees and some shadows, partially fenced. Independent access 24H.

The sanitary facilities

There is no possibility of water discharge on the plot. For long stays it is possible to arrange for water (email hidden)nearby. Possibility of water supply but the plot does not have drinking water.

The activities

The area offers a wide variety of activities, both mountain activities in the surroundings and coastal activities due to its proximity. The environment has a great tourist attraction and there are many events in the area. The atmosphere on Saturdays with the craft market and the antique flea market stands out.
