Description

Enclosed grassy land in the countryside and seaside area, access by agricultural road. Beautiful view totally clear from east to west on the mouth of the laïta at 2 kilometers. River below at 500 meters.

The setting

Between land and sea. Quiet agricultural land with a totally clear view to the south.

Family space under development (vegetable garden and orchard)

The land is under development (young shade and fruit trees, shrubs and vegetable garden). Flat land without shade, access by agricultural road. Possibility to put 5 big tents for about 10 persons.

The sanitary facilities

No sanitary facilities for the moment. But there is a cold water pipe available.

Rules

Family place, quietness and respect required. No noise after 10pm. Pets are allowed on the property (we have a dog) and under your responsibility (hygiene and tranquility required)
